Our Pro Care Plan is designed to ensure your website remains up-to-date, secure, and functioning at its best. This package includes 4 hours of dedicated service each month to manage and maintain your website's core elements.
Services Included:
- Website Updates: Update website software and plugins to the latest stable versions to ensure compatibility and security. Update website content (up to 2 pages per month) including text changes, blog posts, new products, and photo changes.
- Security Checks: Regular security scans to detect any vulnerabilities. Immediate application of fixes and patches for any security issues found.
- Performance Optimization: Monthly performance checks and optimization to ensure fast loading times. Database optimization to keep the website running smoothly.
- Regular Backups: Weekly full-site backups to an off-site location. Immediate restoration from backup if any major issue arises.
- Uptime Monitoring: 24/7 monitoring of website uptime.Immediate action in the event of website downtime.
- SEO Maintenance: Monitoring of website’s search engine ranking and implementation of basic on-page SEO updates to improve visibility.Monthly analytics report to track visitor behavior and site performance.
- Technical Support: Priority email support. Up to 4 hours of technical support covering minor bug fixes, HTML/CSS tweaks, and feature assistance.
- Consultation: Monthly 30-minute consultation call to discuss website performance and potential improvements.
Additional Services (Not included in the monthly hours):
Website redesigns, new features, or extensive content creation can be provided at an additional cost with a preferred rate for Pro Care Plan subscribers.
Conditions:
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.Additional hours beyond the included 4 hours will be billed separately. Services are provided during normal business hours, with 24-hour emergency support available at an additional cost.
Commitment:
This is a monthly recurring package with no long-term contract required, but we offer a discounted rate for annual commitments.
